Structural Design
Double-layer nested mold cavity:
The outer layer is a silicone rubber umbrella skirt mold, while the inner layer is an epoxy resin insulation sleeve mold. Precise alignment through positioning pins ensures uniform insulation layer thickness (tolerance ≤0.05mm).
Anti-tilt guide groove:
L-shaped guide rails are installed at the bottom of the mold to prevent mold cavity deviation due to mechanical vibration during the casting process, ensuring concentricity of inlet and outlet interfaces.
Drainage and ventilation system:
The top of the mold cavity features curved venting grooves (depth 0.1-0.15mm), with diagonal drainage holes on the sides to prevent water infiltration and maintain insulation performance.
Use H13 steel (HRC48~52) or SKD61 steel
Apply titanium nitride (TiN) coating on surface to enhance wear resistance
Service life exceeds 100,000 cycles
Epoxy Resin:
Withstand voltage ≥25kV/mm
Nano-silica filler added to improve weather resistance
Silicone Rubber:
Temperature resistance: -40℃ to 200℃
Hydrophobic surface (contact angle >150°) formed through vulcanization process
The mold surface is coated with polyimide (thickness 20~30μm) to block UV-A/B wavelengths, extending the aging life to 20 years.
Humidity absorbents (e.g., zeolite) are added to the insulation material, and a desiccant chamber is built into the mold to prevent insulation resistance drop caused by high outdoor humidity.
