Vacuum Pumping: Dual-stage rotary vane vacuum pump achieves ultimate vacuum degree <10Pa, suitable for vacuum treatment of GIS combined electrical equipment.
Filling and Storage: Supports liquid or gaseous filling, with storage tank capacities ranging from 0.05 to 2.0m³ (storage capacity 200-2000kg), designed pressure up to 3.8-5.0MPa.
