Double Break

1. Horizontal rotating type: Each insulating support carries a conductive arm, rotating 90° during opening and closing to form a break (e.g., GW4 series). With large phase-to-phase distance, it is suitable for non-ultra-high voltage scenarios.

2. Horizontal telescopic type: The folding arm extends and retracts to achieve opening and closing (e.g., GW16 series). It occupies less phase-to-phase space and is suitable for 500kV ultra-high voltage distribution.
   Common models by voltage等级:

• 12kV: GW9-12 (outdoor single-post type, operated by insulating hook rod for opening and closing)

• 35kV: GW4-35 (double-post type, rated current 630/1250A)
