Coppper Terminals for Outdoor Switchgear
Product Description
Material and Process:Main material: Pure copper (T3 grade copper) with excellent electrical conductivity; Alloy terminals are reinforced with additional metals to improve mechanical strength and high-temperature resistance.Surface Treatment:

  • Tin/ Silver plating: Enhances corrosion resistance, silver-plated terminals allow a temperature rise limit of 70K (surface temperature approximately 110°C).

  • Titanium nitride (TiN) coating: Improves hardness, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance through vacuum coating technology, suitable for high humidity and high salt spray environments.
